Villa Eira is a modern private retreat located in the hills of Dikastika, in the Marathon area, just a short drive from Schinias Beach. Its elevated position offers beautiful views across the Aegean Sea and towards Evia Island.
Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the villa is arranged over three levels and features 3 comfortable bedrooms, bright living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen.
The main living area opens directly onto the private swimming pool and outdoor dining terrace, creating an ideal setting for relaxing, dining and enjoying the surrounding views.
Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while the lower level includes a more private bedroom with its own bathroom and separate entrance.
Guests can enjoy the private pool, sun terrace, outdoor dining area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, laundry facilities and fully equipped indoor spaces throughout their stay.
Private breakfast, in-villa dining and chef services can also be arranged upon request for an additional charge.
Villa Eira is approximately 38 km from Athens International Airport and around 50 km from central Athens. A rental car is recommended for convenient access to the surrounding beaches and local attractions.
