Villa Nerea is a spacious private villa with five bedrooms, a private swimming pool and beautiful views across the Aegean Sea. Designed for families and groups, the property combines comfortable interiors, generous outdoor areas and complete privacy.
The villa is arranged over three levels and features two fully equipped kitchens, bright living spaces, modern bathrooms and air-conditioned bedrooms.
The main living area opens directly onto a large terrace and the private pool, creating a relaxing setting for sunbathing, outdoor dining and enjoying the sea views.
The villa offers five double bedrooms, including one en-suite bedroom, as well as an additional single bed in one of the rooms. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, sun loungers, comfortable seating areas and an outdoor dining space.
Private breakfast, in-villa dining and chef services can also be arranged upon request for an additional charge.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay.
